As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will be part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, assisting international clients in developing innovative strategies and implementing systems that enhance business value and drive performance. Your expertise in IT infrastructure will be instrumental in shaping IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with leading technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure and project management.
• Advise on the development and oversight of IT infrastructure that aligns with our clients' needs, drawing on our extensive international network of experts.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions while coordinating teams with diverse areas of expertise.
• Serve as a key facilitator between business and IT, driving meaningful change and impact for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• A graduate in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a proven track record in managing engagements related to IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership of challenges, complemented by a keen interest in IT infrastructure and technology trends.
• Fluency in English, with a willingness to travel mostly within Switzerland; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is a plus.
