At Deloitte Switzerland, within our Controllership & Treasury team in Technology & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations modernize their control frameworks through intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions. Your work will help organizations strengthen their internal controls, accelerate compliance processes, and achieve operational excellence in an increasingly digital and automated environment.
In this leadership role, you will help shape and grow Deloitte Switzerland’s Digitalization, AI & Controls Automation capability, driving client impact through AI-enabled controls transformation while expanding our market presence. You will develop strategic client relationships, originate new business opportunities, collaborate across Deloitte service lines, and build high-performing teams that deliver innovative solutions at the intersection of Finance Transformation, Controllership & Treasury, Technology Risk, and Artificial Intelligence.
A visionary and entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to build practices, originate new business, develop trusted client relationships and inspire high-performing teams. You combine strong commercial acumen with exceptional consulting and relationship-building skills and are passionate about helping organizations transform Finance, Controls, and Risk through digital transformation, AI, and intelligent automation.
