ALBA Sourdough Pizza began in Kreis 3 in Zurich and has since evolved into a multi-location concept celebrated for its artisanal sourdough pizza and community-driven hospitality. Our foundation is AULUS, our time-honored 160-year-old sourdough starter, which elevates our dough and exemplifies our commitment to craftsmanship and flavor. We work directly with a unique network of producers, importing high-quality ingredients and eliminating middlemen to foster sustainable food systems. Today, ALBA has expanded across various Zurich neighborhoods, including our original Wiedikon pizzeria, as well as our Triemli and Kreis 6 locations, providing exceptional pizzas along with takeout and delivery experiences while upholding our standards of quality and care.

Your Mission

• Be the Face of ALBA: Represent our values with a warm, smiling, and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Reliable Deliveries: Ensure prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of orders to our customers.
• Customer Interaction: Provide a friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Team Support: Assist in the restaurant when not on deliveries, including basic prep work, packaging, or supporting colleagues during service.
• Problem Solver: Display a proactive mindset and resolve challenges efficiently to maintain a seamless service experience.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered on time, maintaining ALBA’s high standards of quality.
