Role Overview

Join our elite team as a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte and provide international clients with expert advice on cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to their business operations. As a member of our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, you will assist organizations in developing effective strategies and implementing systems that enhance business value and boost performance. We're seeking professionals with a robust background in IT infrastructure who can apply their knowledge to IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects.

• Collaborate with top technology executives to translate their visions into practical IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, leveraging your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure and project management.
• Utilize your insights and our extensive international network to oversee the development of IT infrastructure that aligns with client needs.
• Coordinate teams across various areas to effectively implement technology solutions.
• Serve as a crucial link between business and IT to foster real change that makes a significant difference for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek candidates who have:

• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, coupled with proven experience managing small engagements or segments of larger projects within IT infrastructure and IT transformations.
• Strong analytical abilities, with effective verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
• A proactive attitude, a passion for IT infrastructure and emerging technologies, and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends.
• Fluency in English and a willingness to travel, primarily within Switzerland. Knowledge of German and/or French is an asset.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
