Your Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, who will be responsible for:

• Planning event details and room reservations for up to 1,500 guests, including consultations and detailed arrangements, as well as upselling and cross-selling.
• Creating and maintaining customer relationships, providing support to clients on-site.
• Conducting site inspections.
• Handover of events to operational departments.
• Generating deposit invoices, controlling final invoices, and managing general correspondence.
• Utilizing various hotel systems, including Envision, Opera, and Reserve.

Qualifications

If you have 3-5 years of experience in planning events within a similar hotel environment, we want to hear from you! Fluency in both German and English is required for this role, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
