Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of your own clinical research project while supporting others.
- Recruit study participants in accordance with study protocols.
- Collect, manage, and accurately enter research data into study databases with attention to detail.
- Analyze research data and contribute to the interpretation of study findings.
- Present research findings at international scientific conferences.
- Publish research results in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Support and supervise Master's students throughout their thesis projects.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Medicine, Biology, or Psychology.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Guidelines E6(R3) and Swiss regulatory requirements is advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in both German and English.
- Strong interest in working within a clinical study team and engaging with patients, particularly children and their parents.
- Meticulous attention to detail and structured process thinking.
- Ability to cope with frustrations and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
