How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that enable clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Design and implement complex data and analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational expertise while guiding clients through significant organizational changes.
• Drive Data and AI use cases from concept to production to create business value.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project work and business development efforts while expanding your network both internally and externally.
• Support business development opportunities that generate new projects.
• Act as a role model for colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Continue to grow expertise in various industry and subject matter areas, sharing your knowledge with the broader Deloitte talent pool.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create impactful presentations.
• Excellent conceptual abilities, capable of consolidating diverse requirements into coherent solution designs while simplifying complex problems.
• Ability to serve as a Business-IT translator, leading requirement analysis and bridging business needs with technical solutions.
• Skills in team collaboration and leadership, with proven experience guiding technical implementation teams for successful project outcomes.
• Expertise in technical integration, clearly communicating business contexts while leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in Engineering or Mathematics.
• Proficient in Python; experience with R is an advantage.
• Experience in delivering Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, or Analytics solutions using cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and the services needed to bring use cases to production on one or more mentioned cloud platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience with data science workbench tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is an advantage.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
