Who We Are Looking For

Drive and Motivation:

• Passionate about the intersection of AI, business strategy, and innovation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong ability to articulate complex AI concepts in business terms, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled in creating clear, impactful presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency essential).
• Adept at stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.
• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to synthesise diverse inputs into coherent strategies.

Technical and Strategic Expertise:

• Solid understanding of AI technologies and digital transformation trends.
• Experience or familiarity with AI use cases and data platforms is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate AI risks and ethical considerations.
• Background in business analysis, management consulting, or technology strategy is highly desirable.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in consulting, technology, or industry roles with exposure to AI-driven initiatives.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
