Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Trade, Industries & Services - US GAAP

Your Impact

You will support the engagement manager with the planning, execution, and completion of group and local audits across a diverse range of non-financial services industries, with a particular emphasis on US GAAP and SOX testing.

You'll execute testing of SOX internal controls in accordance with the latest PCAOB guidance, showcasing your knowledge and expertise in internal controls testing for significant subsidiaries of US-listed entities based in Switzerland.

As part of a motivated team in a dynamic environment, you will focus on identifying opportunities to add value for our clients, our teams, and yourself.

You will assist the engagement manager in coordinating a network of international teams on your engagements, whether in the US or Europe.

Your Skill Set

• You possess a university degree in accounting or an equivalent qualification, and have successfully completed the US CPA (or equivalent).
• You have 3-5 years of recent experience with a public accounting firm, with extensive auditing expertise in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, PCAOB, and SOX.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities define your work, particularly in interactions with clients and teams.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are among your strengths.
• You are adept at coaching team members and can operate effectively and efficiently within a SOX testing environment.
• Your analytical and summarizing skills are exceptional.
