SCRUM Master (Network Security) - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Security Project Manager for our international client. This role will commence with the assessment phase of a Network Detection and Response project in October and is expected to last for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates from Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for five distinct project streams.
• Support the client in adopting agile methodologies within their services.
• Establish quarterly project sprint plans.
• Plan and execute biweekly sprints.
• Streamline and enhance existing processes.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the current delivery frameworks.
• Proactively manage communication with internal teams, clients, and external vendors, ensuring barriers are resolved and risks are escalated as necessary.
• Drive agile transformation throughout the business.
• Engage in stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• Strong project management experience as a SCRUM Master.
• Extensive experience with agile methodologies.
• Project experience in Infrastructure, Network, and/or Security domains.
• Proficient in JIRA.
• Experience with a "product release approach" in product development.
• Background in international projects, particularly for European businesses.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Project Details:

• Start: October
• Duration: 3 months (with the option to extend)
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Remote (limited travel to Germany or Poland may be required once a quarter)
• Languages: Fluency in English
