Job Opportunity: AI Consultant/Developer
We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant/Developer for our international client. Our client utilizes ServiceNow for IT Service Management (ITSM), incident management, and service requests, and they aim to develop an AI agent that can create user story agents and analyze incidents. The objective is to establish a governance framework concept that can be applied to new service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conception and development of AI agent (GenAI)
- Build User Story Agent within ServiceNow (ITSM, incident management, service requests)
- Create AI agent to analyze incidents
- Provide best practice AI advice
- Python development and API integration
- Create and maintain a governance framework for various service requests
Requirements:
- Strong project experience with GenAI
- Proficient in Python development
- Experience in building solutions/concepts from the ground up
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferably with API integration experience)
- Experience in developing AI user story agents and agents for service requests
- Solid project experience on Azure platforms
- Strong API experience
- Expertise in both technical design and development
- Fluency in English
