Junior Technical Project Manager (Azure to GitHub Migration) - 6 Months Contract - Remote - Poland
RED has an exciting contract opportunity for a Junior Technical Project Manager to join one of our key partners for an Azure to GitHub code migration project. This initial 6-month contract comes with the possibility of extensions based on evolving project needs. The role is fully remote, but candidates must be located in Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project coordination, planning, and delivery within IT or software development environments.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering and development teams.
- Support the Azure DevOps to GitHub migration process.
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of project management experience in IT or software development.
- Strong understanding of software delivery, application development, DevOps, CI/CD, or code migration projects.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar development tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile, or rapidly changing organizations.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Able to start within 2-3 weeks of the offer.
Desirable Experience
- Previous involvement in Azure DevOps to GitHub migration initiatives.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
