SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Contract - Poland
RED Global is currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support one of our international clients on an ongoing SuccessFactors programme. This opportunity is a hybrid position based in Poland, with a 7-month initial contract and potential for extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Perform unit testing across individual SuccessFactors modules.
- Assist in end-to-end and integration testing across SAP and connected systems.
- Contribute to deployment, go-live activities, and provide post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional and system-related issues during implementation.
