AI Consultant/Developer (Python, GenAI)

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant/Developer for our international client. They are using ServiceNow for ITSM, incident management, and service requests and are looking to develop an AI agent to create user story agents and analyze incidents. The goal is to establish a governance framework concept applicable to new service requests. Proficiency in Python development and extensive experience in long-term GenAI projects, including familiarity with the Azure platform, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conception and development of AI agents (GenAI)
- Build User Story Agent in ServiceNow (ITSM, incident management, service requests)
- Develop an AI agent for incident analysis
- Provide best practice AI advice
- Integrate APIs within Python development
- Create a governance concept for various service requests
- Maintain governance framework
Requirements:
- Strong project experience with GenAI
- Proficient in Python development
- Experience building solutions/concepts from the ground up
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially API integration (preferably with project experience)
- Experience in developing AI User Story Agents and agents for service requests
- Robust project experience with Azure platforms
- Strong API experience
- Experience in both technical design and development
- Fluency in English
