SAP FICO Lead - 6 Month Contract Role - Remote (EU)
On behalf of one of our esteemed partners, RED is excited to announce a new contract opportunity for an SAP FICO Lead. This role is integral to a key partner's S4/HANA project, currently in the build phase. The initial contract term is for 6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This is a full-time contract position expected to start ASAP or within one month, and the role is entirely remote.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the design of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Act as the senior functional authority across SAP FICO workstreams.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define target solutions.
- Oversee implementation activities and support testing and deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Desired Skills
- 8 years of experience with SAP FICO.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA.
- Strong expertise in Product Costing and Material Ledger.
- Experience with COPA and Asset Accounting (FI-AA).
- FSCM Credit Management and RE-FX experience.
- Solid background in Finance Transformation or Solution Architecture.
- Proven track record of end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop leadership experience.
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
