Role Overview
Escalation Prevention Architect
- Detects early warning signals for potential escalations using predictive indicators.
- Coordinates expert swarms behind the scenes to resolve issues proactively.
Preventive AI Architect
- Utilizes predictive analytics and telemetry to identify risks before they impact customers.
- Executes silent fixes and preventive actions to maintain system stability.
- Orchestrates and creates AI tools to automate early detection and resolution.
Must Have:
- Advanced Python programming skills
- Expertise in LangGraph & LangChain
- Strong understanding of GenAI & LLM integration
- Experience with SAP BTP platform (integration suite, Automation Hub)
