Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll
- Experience working within SAP ECC environments
- Techno-functional expertise, including configuration, troubleshooting, support, and enhancements
- Experience with payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes
