SAP German Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a long-term transformation programme for a global pharmaceutical organization.
- Provide hands-on expertise in SAP German Payroll.
- Engage confidently with business stakeholders and work independently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM / Payroll.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll.
- Recent experience in German Payroll projects, ideally within the last 3-4 years.
- Solid experience within SAP ECC environments.
- Proficient in configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of payroll interfaces, integrations, and reporting.
- Techno-functional background with strong troubleshooting and support skills.
- Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience is advantageous but not essential.
- German language skills are NOT required.
