Job Title: Backstage Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced Backstage Developer for our international client. The primary responsibility will be to enhance the internal developer platform, streamlining software delivery to make it more efficient, faster, and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Backstage plugins, templates, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with platform, DevOps, and development teams to refine the developer journey.
- Develop and customize Backstage.
- Improve self-service workflows.
- Integrate CI/CD, Cloud, and engineering tools.
- Maintain software catalogues and uphold documentation standards.
- Drive the adoption of platform best practices across teams.
- Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Hands-on project experience as a Backstage developer.
- Strong project experience with TypeScript/Node.js.
- Extensive experience in API and toolchain integration.
- Solid understanding of Developer Platforms, DevOps practices, and user-focused engineering.
- Experience in international projects for European businesses.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
