Job Opportunity: SAP TM Consultant

RED Global is currently seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role involves driving transportation management processes, gathering requirements, designing solutions, conducting testing activities, and providing deployment support across international business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and shape global and country-specific Transportation Management requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ensure Transportation Management process flows are effectively integrated within end-to-end business scenarios and assist in the preparation of PQ scripts.
• Create, update, and support the execution of PQ scripts and testing activities.
• Lead business workshops and work with cross-functional teams to enhance transportation planning and execution processes.
• Support deployments, cutover activities, user training, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience with significant expertise in SAP TM and S/4HANA Transportation Management.
• Demonstrated experience as an SAP TM Solution Architect during global implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, Charge Calculation, Logistics Integration, and TM Master Data.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, and external logistics/carrier systems.
• Proficient in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, testing, and deployment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
