Senior Software Developer (Python, AI)

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer specializing in Python and AI for our international client. This role involves the rework and optimization of an existing AI solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and improve the existing AI solution architecture and backend services.
- Provide technical guidance for AI solutions.
- Challenge existing design decisions and provide best practice AI advice.
- Refactor existing code to reduce technical debt.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend architectures.
- Integrate AI tools into various user-facing platforms.
- Support the development of AI-enabled backend services, including LLM- and RAG-based solutions.
- Facilitate the operationalization of AI services, including deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Python development.
- Proven track record as a lead developer/ advisor on best practices.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing AI solutions.
- Experience with AI Ops / DevOps and operating AI-enabled services.
- Proficient project experience with Azure Cloud Services.
- Familiarity with containerized applications, authentication, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, APIs, and AI orchestration layers.
- Good knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, as well as JavaScript.
- Preferred: Experience with Terraform.
- Fluency in English is a must.

- Location: 100% Remote (nearshore and offshore candidates preferred)
