Overview
We are seeking an experienced Saviynt Specialist to support our international client in addressing technical integration challenges within Saviynt. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for resolving issues and providing daily support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Saviynt Specialist for the client
- Resolve technical issues in the existing Saviynt implementation
- Address integration challenges between Workday and Saviynt
- Handle support and change requests
- Provide best practice advice
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the client's internal team
- Collaborate and coordinate technical issues across various teams
Requirements
- Strong project and implementation experience with Saviynt
- Technical expertise in interface topics between Saviynt and other systems
- Proven project experience in resolving technical issues
- Nice to Have: Integration experience between Workday and Saviynt
- Knowledge of best practices in Saviynt
- Experience in international project environments
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
