AI Engineer - 4 Month Contract Role - Remote - EU
On behalf of one of our partners, RED is seeking an experienced AI Engineer for an ongoing project. This is a full-time, 4-month contract position with potential for extension. The contract is set to begin as soon as possible and is fully remote within Europe.
Role Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer, you will:
- Gather business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, translating requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Integrate enterprise systems and APIs.
- Manage testing and production deployments.
- Monitor adoption and performance of AI solutions.
- Provide user training and support.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Desired Skills
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience with Co-Pilot Studio.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Experience running workshops.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions.
- Proficiency with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / similar enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, or similar coding/scripting tools.
- Availability to start as soon as possible or within one month.
