Role Summary

The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the international sales organization in achieving their objectives. This position involves providing insightful reports and analyses, enhancing CRM efficiency, preparing regular business reviews, coordinating annual sales compensation planning, developing robust sales processes, and supporting sales planning and forecasting initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support international sales team requests.
  • Create and develop comprehensive reports and analyses.
  • Optimize and implement CRM and sales tools.
  • Drive weekly CRM pipeline reviews.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM data integrity and processes.
  • Automate sales tools and tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Create and coordinate sales business reviews in collaboration with FP&A.
  • Work with the Finance team to provide sales data for business reviews.
  • Provide data and insights about top deals and contracts.
  • Support sales planning and forecasting processes.
  • Review and analyze sales trends on an international scale.
  • Provide data on large deals and contracts.
  • Coordinate sales compensation planning.
  • Implement annual compensation plans for international sales.
  • Assist in the setup of sales quotas.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field is required.

Desired Training and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a sales operations or analytical role.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce being a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively across teams and levels.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a US company and a multinational environment.
