Finding the talent that makes Deloitte unique.

Help our clients effectively manage their business as a Deloitte IT Risk Analyst. Organizations face an increased level of uncertainty and rely on effective risk management to achieve desired business outcomes. A core part of managing risk involves implementing robust IT controls and managing third-party IT services. As maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements becomes increasingly burdensome, reducing compliance costs is now a key priority for many Boards.

We strive to help our clients by utilizing various techniques and technologies to build cost-effective IT risk frameworks that adapt to their evolving business needs.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Understand business requirements and transformation, translating them into efficient and smart IT control frameworks.
  • Identify operational, compliance, or IT regulatory requirements, as well as automation opportunities, designing relevant IT controls to manage or mitigate risk.
  • Gain experience with the latest technologies and understand their impact on the IT control environment of an organization.
  • Provide strategic guidance to organizations, advising them on effective IT Risk and Resilience Management strategies and processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships in the IT risk and controls area to foster growth in our practice.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree, with common applications coming from economics, information technology, business administration, or business computer science.
  • You have an eagerness to build knowledge and expertise in core IT processes (e.g., IT governance, IT security, IT operations, IT compliance) and their respective risks and control measures.
  • You possess the ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing requests from stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English and at least one of German or French.
  • You are available to start in September 2026 (an earlier start is possible).
