Deloitte is unique in its pursuit of talent that drives innovation. Join us as an IT Risk Analyst and help our clients effectively manage their business risks.

Organizations today face an increased level of uncertainty and depend on effective risk management to meet desired business outcomes. A core aspect of managing risk involves implementing robust IT controls and managing third-party IT services. With the growing need to comply with regulatory requirements, many organizations prioritize reducing the cost of compliance on their agendas.

We aim to assist our clients by leveraging a variety of techniques and technologies to construct cost-efficient IT risk frameworks that adapt to their evolving business needs.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Understand business requirements and transformation, translating them into efficient and smart (IT) control frameworks.
  • Identify operational, compliance, or IT regulatory requirements, as well as automation opportunities, and design relevant IT controls to manage and mitigate risk.
  • Gain experience with the latest technologies and understand the impact they have on a company's IT control environment.
  • Provide strategic guidance by advising organizations on effective IT Risk and Resilience Management strategies and processes in alignment with industry best practices and regulations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships in the IT risk and controls area to further expand our practice.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (common backgrounds include economics, information technology, business administration, or business computer science).
  • You are eager to build knowledge and expertise in core IT processes (e.g., IT governance, IT security, IT operations, IT compliance) and the associated risks and control measures.
  • You can effectively multi-task and manage competing requests from various stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English and at least one of German or French.
  • You are available to start in September 2026 (an earlier start is possible).
