YOUR ACTIVITIES

• Manage multiple store design projects from concept to completion while adhering to budget and timeline constraints, all while maintaining high design and quality standards.
• Responsible for creating layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring the highest standards of design and execution.
• Follow the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards, while integrating innovative design trends and sustainability practices as mandated by clients.
• Participate in and follow up on meetings with clients, authorities, local architects, and specialist planners.
• Ensure all retail environments reflect the brand identity and values of the company while tailoring solutions to suit local markets as necessary.
• Maintain a global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all projects for each customer.
• Managing the time tracking program efficiently.

HOW TO CONVINCE US

• Excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD, specifically in 3D drawing.
• A minimum of a degree in architecture, interior design, or a similar function.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
• Experience in project and construction management.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing your expertise in retail environments.
• A good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
• Proficiency in programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS-Office is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of English and German; any additional language is a plus.
