YOUR ACTIVITIES
- Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion while adhering to budget and timeline constraints, all while maintaining high design and quality standards.
- Oversee the creation of layout plans, Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), and Construction Design (CD) packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring the highest standards and execution quality.
- Ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and global standards, integrating innovative design trends and sustainability practices as provided by clients.
- Participate in and follow up on meetings with clients, authorities, local architects, and specialist planners.
- Ensure all retail environments reflect the company’s brand identity, values, and client experience goals, tailoring solutions to local markets as necessary.
- Maintain a global store design Masterfile, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all projects for each customer.
- Manage the time tracking programme effectively.
HOW TO CONVINCE US
- Excellent proficiency in ArchiCAD, particularly with 3D drawing.
- A minimum degree in architecture, interior design, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store design, space planning, and project management.
- Experience in project and construction management.
- Demonstrable expertise in designing and executing retail design projects, remodels, and new retail environments on a global scale.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in retail environments.
- Good understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
- Familiarity with programs such as Cinema 4D, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and MS-Office is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and German; any additional language is an advantage.
