Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE – Switzerland

Are you a people-focused sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth? At Johnson & Johnson Vision, we are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE to lead our field sales organization in Switzerland. This pivotal role will shape the success of our contact lens portfolio.

In this influential leadership position, you will execute our commercial strategy, inspire and coach a talented team of Account Managers, and directly manage strategic key customers. You will operate at the heart of the Swiss business while collaborating closely with DACH and European Vision Care teams to ensure strong alignment and impact across markets. Objectives of the Position

  • Lead, recruit, and develop a team of 5 ACUVUE Account Managers in Switzerland.
  • Achieve field sales targets.
  • Analyze and control Swiss sales results while proactively planning and implementing compliant measures.
  • Manage forecasting and budget planning.
  • Contribute actively to sales strategy and process optimization.
  • Implement marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute Sales Team Meetings.
  • Personally manage key customers alongside the ACUVUE Account Manager.
  • Engage in cross-functional cooperation with departments such as Key Account Management, Marketing, Professional Education and Development, and European Sales Development.
  • Anticipate approximately 40% travel time for this role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of previous sales experience with a proven track record of excellent results.
  • Experience in people leadership.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; French language skills are preferred.
  • Experience in a relevant category is beneficial.
  • Background in consumer goods is also advantageous.
  • Strong customer-facing skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
  • Commitment to putting the CREDO at the heart of everyday activities and behaviors.
  • Ability to think innovatively and outside the box.
