Regional Team Lead Electrophysiology – Central Switzerland

We are seeking a Regional Team Lead for our Electrophysiology division, who will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. If you excel in a dynamic environment, possess strategic planning expertise, and have a robust network within the healthcare sector, this opportunity allows you to make a significant impact and advance your career with a global leader in healthcare.

Position Objectives:

  • Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the clinical sales team and strong project management.
  • Collaborating closely with the Clinical Training Lead to recruit, coach, develop, and inspire Clinical Support Specialists.
  • Launching innovations across the region with the help of the New Technology Specialist.
  • Implementing a strategic business plan focused on sustainable growth.
  • Building and nurturing long-term internal and external customer relationships.
  • Driving company goals within the business area by participating in and leading conferences, seminars, and customer events (both domestic and international).
  • Responsible for employee management including performance evaluation and development.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving quarterly and annual targets.
  • Strong initiative and execution capabilities, with the ability to overcome obstacles while managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to connect with physicians, nurses, hospitals, and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the product, industry, and necessary sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent proficiency in German is mandatory.
  • A high-level educational background.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the MedTech industry in Switzerland, with proven experience in a sales position.
