Job Opportunity: Bilingual Recruitment Adviser
Our client, a leading economic consulting firm, is searching for a bilingual French/English Recruitment Adviser to support their offices in Europe and Asia. This role requires candidates to possess experience in an in-house recruitment capacity and to have been responsible for data analysis and reporting within a recruitment function.
The position can be based in the Paris, Brussels, or London office. You will be tasked with recruiting for consulting and business support functions, overseeing headcount reporting, recruitment forecasting, workforce analysis, and enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience. This role is a part of a dynamic seven-person team that encompasses HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development, and will report to the Recruitment and L&D Manager.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local hiring managers to attract, source, and manage candidates for both billable and non-billable positions.
- Establish solid relationships with local offices to provide insights on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (Workday) and all associated recruitment documentation.
- Refine and uphold talent planning and recruitment forecasting models.
- Analyze headcount data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and hiring needs.
- Align hiring plans with business needs and forecasted demand across billable and non-billable functions.
- Extract and verify headcount and recruitment data from Workday.
- Deliver cyclical reporting with consistency and accuracy in collaboration with the HR team.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reporting methodologies and data accuracy.
- Draft and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the firm’s positioning.
- Support employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier talent for both billable and non-billable roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Provide broader support across the HR and Learning & Development teams, contributing to team initiatives and regional people activities.
Profile Required
- Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple locations and stakeholder groups within a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in headcount reporting, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, or talent data.
- Expertise in building and maintaining reporting models, with an analytical approach to data trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, preferably Workday.
- Experience using AI tools (CoPilot, Claude, Lama, and Chat GPT) and working with data in Power BI and Excel is advantageous.
