French-speaking Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR

About the Role
Are you a French and English-speaking HR professional with extensive experience in employment law, employee relations, HR governance, and compliance within a regulated environment? Do you want the opportunity to build an HR function from the ground up and become the trusted HR advisor to senior leadership across an international organisation?
Euro London is recruiting on behalf of a highly successful international investment business with operations across the UK and Africa. This is a rare opportunity for a senior HR professional to take ownership of a newly elevated standalone role, establishing HR frameworks, governance, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary HR advisor to leadership and employees
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practices
- Managing employee relations matters and providing employment law guidance
- Supporting HR activities across multiple international jurisdictions
- Partnering with external legal counsel and local advisors where required
- Leading HR compliance, risk management, and policy reviews
- Driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintaining HR systems, records, and documentation
- Supporting organisational growth and workforce planning
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded HR professional with the credibility, confidence, and experience to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders. To be successful, you'll have:
- Fluent French and English language skills
- 10+ years of HR experience within financial services, asset management, private equity, professional services, or another regulated environment
- Strong UK employment law expertise
- Experience supporting international or multi-jurisdictional organisations
- Proven experience creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Strong employee relations and HR compliance experience
- CIPD qualification desirable
