Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and foster a fair, performance-oriented culture characterized by clear expectations, regular feedback, and accountability.
- Lead the development of performance management and leadership development strategies as essential components of organizational transformation.
- Position HR business partners proactively as trusted advisors to executives.
- Ensure an effective HR operating model encompassing workforce planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, labor law compliance, and HR metrics.
- Actively drive initiatives related to change management and organizational culture with positivity, clarity, and strong implementation capabilities.
- Oversee the entire operational and strategic HR lifecycle while leading and developing a team focused on coaching and empowering the organization.
