Key Responsibilities

• Administrative and technical management of condominiums
• Presiding over General Assemblies and committees
• Establishing maintenance and renovation budgets
• Conducting property inspections and following up on maintenance and renovation work
• Direct contact with co-owners and contracted companies

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Holder of a commercial employee diploma or equivalent training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Swiss property management company
• Fluency in French; knowledge of English and German is an asset
• Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills
• Resilience under stress and excellent presentation
• Swiss or valid work permit
