Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Providing support to tenants and property owners
• Budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight of the portfolio
• Coordinating maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment projects
• Handling lease agreements, including rent adjustments
• Representing owners' interests with tenants, service providers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinating the efforts of internal and external specialists
• Ensuring high standards of professional and sustainable property management

Your Competencies

• Proven experience in independent property management along with a federal diploma or in current training
• Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Proficient in common property management software
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented work style
• Strong communication skills with a confident demeanor, and excellent German language proficiency
