A candidate with strong analytical abilities and organizational skills, who is results-oriented and proficient in synthesizing reports with critical thinking. The ideal applicant should be a team player with leadership capabilities, adept at managing conflicts and facilitating complex discussions involving multiple stakeholders, including inter-departmental teams and customers.

Your Mission
- As part of the Motion Systems R&D team, plan and manage development activities, ensuring deliverables are met within specified timeframes and budgets, in accordance with company processes.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Estimate risks (using matrix and FMEA) and drive mitigation plans.
- Represent the ETEL R&D team in client engagements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, focusing on Quality, Cost, and Time:
- Plan and organize project reviews.
- Report development status, including issues and solutions, to the steering committee.
- Manage project stakeholders effectively.
- Define and organize gate reviews.
- Propose and manage necessary changes.
- Evaluate and assess project outcomes:
- Disseminate successes and lessons learned throughout the company.
- Initiate continuous improvement activities.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Engineering.
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in an engineering environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
- Preferably has experience working in complex international organizations.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
