Your Mission
- Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine’s architecture; influence the development team and validate that the solution meets the requirements
- Define the qualifications plan for the prototype; conduct testing and analyze the results; present and commission the product at customer facilities
- Participate in product sustaining activities; define the production tests and their acceptance criteria
- Demonstrate strong expertise with concrete achievements in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is a plus
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
- Provide follow-up and technical guidance to the development team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely achievement of the defined development objectives
Your Profile
- Master's degree in control or mechatronics engineering
- Ideally 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong understanding of physical phenomena (e.g., mechanical and electronic coupling, vibration dynamics, thermo-mechanics)
- Proficient with MATLAB/SIMULINK
- Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages: C, C++
- Strong understanding of dynamic systems control
- Self-motivated and capable of teamwork; strong analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (capable of engaging with worldwide customers)
