Your Mission
- Oversee and coordinate the planning, forecasting, and procurement activities related to customers and products under your responsibility.
- Serve as the key communication link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the planning process.
- Act as a proactive business partner by executing management decisions, adjusting supply plans, and providing insightful recommendations based on demand adjustments.
- Operate in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, anticipating demand, responding to the high flexibility required by our markets, minimizing risks, and supporting continuous business improvement.
In Addition, You Will
- Translate demand forecasts into supply and capacity plans.
- Lead the procurement of your commodities by optimizing inventory levels and costs.
- Strongly follow up on suppliers’ orders, including escalations.
- Issue, explain, and communicate suppliers’ forecasts.
- Coordinate production planning and suppliers’ deliveries to meet flexible customer demands.
- Lead inventory targets (including safety stock strategy), reporting, propose solutions, and communicate them effectively.
- Ensure that reporting is done on time and with quality.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in planning or procurement positions.
- Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems – supply chain modules.
- Advanced proficiency in English and French.
