Our client is eagerly seeking to enhance their team with a dedicated and skilled Property Manager based in either Geneva or Nyon.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and technical aspects of condominiums
• Preside over General Assemblies and committees
• Establish budgets for maintenance and renovation
• Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance and renovation projects
• Maintain direct communication with co-owners and contracted companies

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Possession of a commercial employee diploma or equivalent training
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Swiss property management company
• Fluency in French; proficiency in English and German is an advantage
• Strong autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to handle stress
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Swiss citizenship or a valid work permit
