To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented Chief of Staff (m/f/d) to join us immediately or by agreement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with and support the CEO on strategic and operational matters across the group.
- Prepare, steer, and follow up on decision papers, meetings, and projects for the executive team.
- Coordinate and track group-wide initiatives, including the ongoing ERP/CRM transformation and the integration of newly acquired teams and locations.
- Build, maintain, and develop KPIs, reporting, and decision-support material for the executive team.
- Act as the interface between the CEO and the functional departments as well as the country entities in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
- Identify and drive improvements in processes, structures, and governance.
- Take ownership of special projects and lead their implementation.
- Represent the CEO in selected internal meetings, projects, and working groups.
- Grow into the role over time, with the goal of becoming the CEO's right hand.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed degree (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in operations, project management, or corporate management.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking combined with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
- High degree of initiative, discretion, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Strong communication skills and confident presence at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and grow into a trusted position alongside senior leadership.
- Good German and English language skills.
