In this exciting leadership role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Switzerland's largest nationwide non-profit housing developer. Logis Suisse AG, based in Zurich, is a pioneer in the creation and maintenance of fair and affordable housing, seamlessly blending social and ecological values with entrepreneurial action. Our portfolio currently encompasses approximately 3,500 apartments in German-speaking Switzerland, with over 1,600 additional units in planning or under development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management and represent the company externally.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to further develop strategic direction.
• Ensure tiered reporting and prepare significant decisions.
• Drive the continued development of the real estate portfolio.
• Lead the acquisition and development of new projects and properties.

You will be supported by a dedicated team of ten employees and will engage with a network of external partners.

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who brings:

• Several years of leadership and management experience.
• Proven competencies in strategic real estate development and acquisition.
• A higher education degree, along with strong knowledge of business administration.
• Additional training in the real estate sector.
• A genuine commitment to the values of non-profit housing development.
• Excellent leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Service orientation paired with effective communication abilities.
• Decisiveness and the capability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
