Your Role
As a Project Manager for Funding, starting on April 1, 2027, you will play a vital role in:
- Reviewing and overseeing funding projects
- Preparing decision-making bases for management and the foundation board
- Ensuring the quality and control of supported projects
- Communicating with funding partners
- Providing both content-related and administrative support to projects
- Facilitating the visibility and usability of insights from funded projects
- Engaging in public documentation, commissioning evaluations and expertise
- Promoting knowledge transfer among practitioners, professionals, and the public
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you should ideally have:
- Several years of experience in project funding, preferably within the Swiss foundation, health, or social sector
- A university or university of applied sciences degree in social sciences or a comparable qualification
- A familiarity with issues related to aging and the ability to quickly adapt to new subject areas
- A personal disposition marked by empathy, humor, systemic thinking, and a meticulous, solutions-oriented approach to work
