Your Role

As a Project Manager for Funding, starting on April 1, 2027, you will play a vital role in:

• Reviewing and overseeing funding projects
• Preparing decision-making bases for management and the foundation board
• Ensuring the quality and control of supported projects
• Communicating with funding partners
• Providing both content-related and administrative support to projects
• Facilitating the visibility and usability of insights from funded projects
• Engaging in public documentation, commissioning evaluations and expertise
• Promoting knowledge transfer among practitioners, professionals, and the public

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you should ideally have:

• Several years of experience in project funding, preferably within the Swiss foundation, health, or social sector
• A university or university of applied sciences degree in social sciences or a comparable qualification
• A familiarity with issues related to aging and the ability to quickly adapt to new subject areas
• A personal disposition marked by empathy, humor, systemic thinking, and a meticulous, solutions-oriented approach to work
