Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Polish Speaking Marketing Executive to join an established international business. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing activities tailored for the Polish market. This position encompasses a variety of marketing responsibilities, including digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, event coordination, and market research.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand activities for the Polish market.
• Create digital and physical marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, and website content.
• Assist with SEO, email, and social media marketing efforts.
• Help manage website content and track campaign performance.
• Develop and schedule engaging social media content.
• Support customer and sales-focused marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer and market insights.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to create effective marketing strategies.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback.
• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers.
• Ensure marketing and product information is accurate and up to date.

About You

• Native-level fluency in Polish is essential.
• Strong understanding of the Polish market.
• Previous experience in marketing.
• Proficient in creating marketing and social media content.
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Canva, InDesign, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Meta Ads, and SEO is a plus.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to collaborate with Sales teams.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field is advantageous.
