Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to support innovative healthcare professional engagement initiatives in the rare disease and pharmaceutical space.

The successful candidate will focus on developing and executing impactful education programs and fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong experience in developing and managing HCP engagement programs.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Expertise in compliance and regulatory standards related to HCP interactions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative peer-to-peer education programs and HCP engagement strategies in collaboration with Medical Communications and external agencies.
• Establish and oversee a National Speaker Bureau, including identifying, contracting, and developing key opinion leader (KOL) speakers.
• Lead the planning and execution of the annual Speaker Bureau training program, ensuring compliance and adherence to on-label guidelines.
• Explore and advocate for new formats and approaches to enhance peer-to-peer engagement effectiveness.
