Job Description: Marketing and Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communication activities across our entire organization. This role is crucial in ensuring a consistent and professional presence for our company and brand, while also enhancing our positioning and brand awareness.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving our personnel marketing initiatives, aimed at positioning our company as an attractive employer. You will support the recruitment of specialists and trainees through targeted marketing and communication strategies.

Requirements Profile

• Commercial or technical background with further education in marketing/communication or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally within a technical or industrial B2B environment
• Proficient in digital marketing, content creation, and managing websites and social media channels
• Knowledge of personnel marketing, employer branding, and social recruiting is advantageous
• Experienced with common marketing and design tools; knowledge of WordPress is a plus
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
• Creativity, initiative, and strong communication and coordination skills
