Job Opportunity: Policy Engineer - Remote (EU)
RED is excited to announce a new contract opportunity for a Policy Engineer to join one of our key partners in developing an innovative Enterprise Agent Development Platform. The initial contract will extend until December 2026, with potential for extension based on project demands. This position is fully remote, and we invite candidates from across the EU, particularly those located in Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, or Croatia, to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in key aspects of security engineering and backend engineering within the project.
- Implement and manage authorization policies and access control frameworks effectively.
Specific Skills and Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience in Security Engineering or Backend Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, and ABAC.
- Experience with Policy-as-Code frameworks such as Cedar, OPA, or similar.
- Expertise in Agent-to-Agent (A2A) security and authorization is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Fluent in English.
Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with Cedar.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of AWS Security practices.
- Understanding of PDP architectures.
- Experience with LangGraph.
- Familiarity with AWS AgentCore.
