Payroll Specialist (70%) / HR Business Partner (30%) (m/f)

Your Tasks
- Manage the full payroll processing, including preparing data, closure, and handling long-term sicknesses in close collaboration with our third-party payroll provider.
- Engage in all aspects of Human Resources activities, such as recruitment and communication with employees, supervisors, and external authorities.
- Ensure full compliance with HR data, regulations, and policies.
- Support employee engagement and employee relations activities.
- Assist in the rollout of key HR projects, including transitioning to new systems.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Swiss HR qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, specifically in payroll processing and administration.
- Experience in an engineering environment or a similar industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Swiss-German/German (Italian would be an advantage).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel; excellent knowledge of SAP.
- A high degree of personal responsibility, independence, and reliability, coupled with a team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Stress-resistant with priority-setting capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an action-oriented approach with a drive for results.
