Join Our Team

We are currently seeking a talented individual to strengthen our team in Baden, Switzerland as a Payroll Specialist (70%) / HR Business Partner (30%) (m/f). Bring your expertise and experience to help us maintain a well-rounded and efficient Human Resources team.

Your Tasks

• Manage full payroll processing including data preparation, closure, and handling long-term sicknesses in close collaboration with our third-party payroll provider.
• Engage in various Human Resources activities such as recruitment and communication with employees, supervisors, and external authorities.
• Ensure full compliance with HR data, regulations, and policies.
• Support employee engagement and relations activities.
• Assist in the rollout of key HR projects, including transitioning to new systems.
• Maintain a structured and organized approach to daily HR administration and operations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a recognized Swiss HR qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with specific experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Experience in an engineering environment or similar industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and Swiss-German/German (Italian is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• A high degree of personal responsibility, independence, and reliability while enjoying teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible with a positive, “can-do” attitude; able to handle stress and prioritize tasks.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results and cross-cultural agility.
• Commitment to maintaining and developing strong relationships with key internal clients.
