Your Mission

• Manage customer orders from entry to shipment, including entry into the ERP system, order confirmation, and follow-up in collaboration with the sales network and other departments
• Enter and track orders within the ERP system
• Create and distribute reports and performance indicators
• Monitor order changes, customer credit limits, and financial status
• Collaborate with the Order Processing Coordinator in managing quarterly and monthly sales forecasts, as well as other reports such as customer OTD and monthly turnover previews
• Assist key users in optimizing order processing workflows and ERP utilization

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering
• Experience in administration and sales processes, including triangulation activities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with sales forecasting and S&OP processes
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset
