Your Mission:

You will oversee and coordinate the planning, forecasting, and procurement activities related to customers and products for which you are responsible. Serving as the key communication link between internal teams and external partners, you will ensure alignment and transparency throughout the planning process. Acting as a proactive business partner, you will execute management decisions, monitor forecasts, and provide insightful recommendations based on demand adjustments. In a dynamic and fast-changing environment, your role is crucial in anticipating demand, responding to market flexibility, minimizing risks, and supporting continuous business improvement.

In addition, you will:

  • Develop demand forecasts and analyze historical data and trends
  • Lead procurement efforts by optimizing inventory levels and costs
  • Ensure strong follow-up on supplier orders, including escalations
  • Issue, explain, and communicate supplier forecasts
  • Coordinate production planning and supplier deliveries to meet flexible customer demand
  • Lead inventory targets (including safety stock strategy), reporting, proposing solutions, and communicating them
  • Ensure timely and quality reporting

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems – supply chain modules
  • Advanced proficiency in English and French
